Do treatments hurt?
Today, thanks to local anaesthesia and technology, most treatments don’t hurt. You may feel some mild discomfort, but nothing that can’t be controlled. We always explain everything step by step so you feel at ease.
I’d like veneers, but I’m afraid they’ll look unnatural or that my teeth will be cut a lot.
That’s a normal worry. We work with micro-veneers that respect the natural tooth as much as possible: we won’t trim your teeth. And because they’re fully customised, they give a natural, harmonious and elegant result that takes the details of your face into account.
What if I don’t like the result or something breaks? Is there a guarantee?
Yes, our treatments come with a guarantee. Above all, we stay with you: if something doesn’t go as you expected with the treatment our doctors advised, we find a solution. We want you to feel calm and happy with your smile, so we keep guiding you after the treatment, to care for the beauty and health of your mouth over time.
Every dental cleaning is awful for me: it hurts or bothers me a lot. Is there a solution?
Yes. We adapt the cleaning to your sensitivity, use gentle ultrasound and, if you need it, local anaesthesia. Caring for your mouth shouldn’t hurt.
How long do treatments last? Can teeth break or fall out?
Our treatments are designed to last many years if the recommended care is followed. We use high-quality materials and advanced techniques but, as with everything in life, maintenance is key. If something breaks, we’re here to help.
I’d like a treatment, but I can’t pay for it all at once. Do you offer payment plans?
Yes. We know oral health is an investment, so we offer financing options adapted to each case. We want to make it easy for you.
Do my wisdom teeth have to come out before orthodontics?
Not always. Every case is different: sometimes they don’t affect the treatment and can stay perfectly well.
What if my teeth move again after orthodontics?
That’s why we use custom retainers when the treatment ends. Worn correctly, they keep your smile aligned for good.
Can I travel after a treatment?
In most cases, yes. We only advise avoiding travel right after complex surgery. If you have a trip planned, we take it into account when planning your treatment.
Can prostheses or restorations break?
Yes: like any material, they can take a knock or wear over time. Anything can break; that isn’t the problem. If something happens, we’ll be by your side to repair it.
I’m afraid my body will reject an implant. Can that happen?
It’s very rare. Implants have an extremely high success rate, and we do a very thorough prior study to assess whether you’re an ideal candidate. We also use top-quality implants and advanced techniques that favour integration.
